**** of the Year. Taking Legal Action

I ordered a PlayStation 4 on the 11th of October 2020, and I’ve still not recieved my order. I kept calling the customer service and the receptionist forwards your call and the call disconnects.

Email after Email, no response !! When I eventually spoke to someone, they weren’t able to tell me where the parcel is or when I would receive it. They promise to call back, but trust me... this is an empty promise and they don’t want to help. They use different courier companies and cannot track their own orders. Don’t even think they would be able to tell you the time of day.

Worst service I have ever seen an now I’m taking legal action with my law firm to investigate their credentials. This so called “company” is definitely the worst we have ever seen and all the other reviews will confirm same.

Don’t use their service.. this is a **** from the get go.
