S.C.A.M - impossible to get answers on all their contact details

Order 43106 - Purchased Building Materials, date of Delivery was 15 December 2020. I waited and even tried to call their listed number online ***) and after being told you are number 7 or 8 in the queue, it finally says you are next...phone rings and you get EXTENSION 205 is not available...leave a message. I did this over 10 times The online chat, well...takes forever to get a reply...told someone would call me...and NO One has called. Emailing, that has proved fruitless...support....orders...refunds...NOTHING. PayFast refund #108042 - They cannot refund unless Mr Shopper approves it... FNB F.R.A.U.D - Processing After reading all the complaints here...and they still blaming Covid and BLACK FRIDAY...pathetic...looks like a S.C.A.M, and as i am just ANOTHER CASE...Lets hope the Police charge them with theft under false pretenses / online f.r.a.u.d
