**** company! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I placed an order on 9 January 2021 - I was given a delivery date of 18 January 2021. That day came and went by more than a week so I emailed - first received a generic email response. The a response from Lebogang Mamoga with a one liner - your parcel will be delivered next week. Now any email gets a generic "we'll get back to you asap" response and to call any number, once you get to the first in queue suddenly the agent is unavailable. This company seems like a ****! I want my refund for order #45999. I will continue to email you and call you and report you to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman!
