Placed an order for playstation on 2nd December for R4899. Promised to have been delivered by 30th December. It is now 9 March 2021 and still nothing. Have been trying to call daily post the 30th Dec. Their customer service is non-existent. They don't answer calls. Pushes you into a queueing line and after 5 minutes it goes to voicemail. Karabo on their online chat reads messages and doesn't respond. Emails goes unanswered. These guys are pathetic. Is there at way we can lodge a class action against them as this seems like ***** to me.... Poor kids faces being told their Christmas gift is 4 months late. Absolutely disgusting.
