Save yourself the frustration, spend a bit more buy from reputable online stores - NOT MR Shopper.

There is no service to complain about. I would be happy if someone actually responded/answered/rep****. I have emailed, called, messaged on line. NOTHING

I ordered a fridge and washing machine on the 23 November 2020 which was supposed to have been delivered by 3 December 2020.. 2 guys dropped off my washing machine on 5 December and I paid them further for “installing” my washing machine - of which they did completely wrong.

Now i do not know what to do - should I simply go buy another fridge or do they intend to deliver.

It really sucks to go through this over holiday period.
