Running a **** - Mr Shopper.

I ordered two side tables from Mr Shopper on January 7th 2021. It is not January 27th 2021 and I have not received my order. I have attempted to contact Mr Shopper via their contact number and email. My calls go unanswered and I receive automated email responses. When I use the 'chat' function on their website, someone by the name of Tsholo is responding to my messages and then just leaves the enquiry mid-engagement. I suspect that Mr Shopper is running a ****. When I stated I would report them to the authorities and to the Consumer Protection Act, I very quickly received a call from an alleged representative of Mr Shopper who assured me that the item I ordered was out of stock and that stock would be replenished in the next few days. This was likely a lie. I have since requested a refund but to no avail. This is unacceptable!
