Rude and unprofessional, no delivery of goods

My mother ordered a fridge. It was meant to be delivered 10 October and we are still waiting. We received no update nor apologies and when we phoned to request feedback, the staff members were downright rude and unprofessional, and simply unwilling to help. We honestly, at this point, think the website is partly a **** and everything has been unprofessional and *****. Very very disappointing. My mother has had to live without a fridge for almost a month owing to their ineptitude. Cannot believe how rude staff are.
