****** my Mr Shopper

I have been try to get assistance for when my delivery will take place since last week, the 9th December. I sent an email, I messaged on facebook, I have sent a whatsapp. I basically tried all channels available to me that I can try, even this platform. When I did receive a response, it was to say that Mr Shopper is to busy to deal with my complaint and they will get back to me in 8 business hours, I have kept on emailing and still received same response. I am starting think that I have been ******, my money has been taken and I am not going to receive a Fridge or my money back Im at a lost.
