Refused product return

The general service and quality of the products are generally good and I will continue to buy from them, however I am not satisfied with the Mobicel tablet purchased which was returned due to a product malfunction. They are not willing to give me credit, but Mobicel itself has to evaluate the product. I don't think you should be penalized as this is something that needs to be resolved between manufacturer and supplier. I would like to be credited so that I can purchase an alternative product for my use.
