Reduce waiting period

I ordered from Mr Shopper and everything was fine until they called me telling me that my order will be delayed by 4 days. On the 4th day they called me again and told me that they have to further extend the delivery date. I was a bit upset because I was expecting delivery on that they I then waiting another 2 days and my order got delivered. The waiting period was too long
