Product has not arrived - 2 months later

Ordered a laptop on 3rd December 2020. The delivery date was meant to be 17th December. I was aware that the delivery time may be extended due to reviews online, however, the customer service side was also non-existent with no communication or updates after I placed the order. MrShopper did not answer calls or emails most of the festive period. In January after numerous unanswered calls, I finally got an update stating that delivery would be made on 18th Jan. Then it was further delayed to 5 Feb. It is now 7 Feb 2021 and I still do not have the product. More than 2 months after I placed my order... NOT Happy
