Product Defect

I have ordered my play station 4 pro from Mr Shopper and it was delivered on time. A few weeks later one of my joy pad was not functioning properly and I called them for return. They came to collect my play station the following day and they say they have send it to manufacturer. It has been 6 days now and I have not heard a word from them. I hope this will not take months.
