Poor worst service ever!!!!
I have experienced the worst service with Mr Shopper, purchased an overlocker and was promised delivery within seven days. Today I have not received the order, when I call customer services I am been given a run around. I have been promised delivery each time I call but nothing happens. I told the consultant that I purchased the goods for my business but no one seems to understand the urgency of this purchase. I feel that customer Service should be the center of your business but it is not. I have never experienced such u professionalism and poor service in my life...

16 Oct 2020, 13:11I would like to return my purchase, the overlocker sold was not new. The seal had already been broken when I got it. To prove this there was the Mr Shopper tape around the machine box. The box it's self is not new you can tell that it's been around. I received the package yesterday and opened the package today. There are problems with the machine. The free arm is broken and I think someone tried to fix it by putting glue, it has glue stains. Since the free arm is broken its close to impossible to sew as the free arm and support bed keep falling off. ****l caps have stains that show that the machine was used. The manual for the machine has been used as well. It is old... I am not happy with the purchase at all. I need to returns this and get a refund as soon as possible as it is not value for my money. After having hassles with getting the machine delivered I would imagine that the quality of the machine is good but no. This was the worst customer experience ever...

20 Oct 2020, 08:14Since the business chose not to respond to this complaint I will provide u with an update. I was promised to be refunded in the next 5 days... My five day period began on Friday. We will see if this refund gets Done the worst is you need to constantly follow up with people Noone communicates with u. Like I said before the customer is not at the center of what the business is all about. It seems as if it's a one business man shop as one person deals with everything. I have read other complaints on this platform. I want my money back...process that refund Mr Shopper

I was previously advised to delete my review and I didn't. I will not delete this review so that potential customers know the kind of service to expect when purchasing Items from this company.
There was an extra 28.71 that was refunded back to me I will return this amount, I have queried on how to refund them. I want nothing to do with Mr Shopper, I am just wondering why they are still allowed to operate.
