Poor service, no delivery...going on 2 months

I have placed an order on 30 November 2020, I was told via email that I will receive delivery by 9th December, I have emailed and called and live chat to no avail. Still no delivery. Eventually threaten to report my money as ****** and that I want a refund. Finally someone rep**** asking for my bank details. To date no correspondence whatsoever, no reply on email, chat or phone AND no refund. What is one to do, having money taken but no stock or service in return??
