Poor service no delivery at all

I bought a TV at Mr. Shopper on the 31 November they promised to deliver on the 10 December I think they are ******** I've been phoning no one answered the phone. I'm planning to go there see if they really exist in Midrand to fetch my order or else they must refund me. I'm also thinking of opening a ***** case against them. Please my advice to anyone else please don't buy from them. Service is very poor
