Poor service from Mr Shopper- Misleading customers

I've ordered a 12ft Trampoline from Mr Shopper. After waiting quite a long time for the website to update this item as being "In Stock" it finally did show. So I ordered the trampoline just to find out that they do not have stock available. I've asked for one of their managers to give me a call. No one has called me in the past 3 days to solve this matter.
