Poor service from Mr Shopper

I ordered a Russel Hobbs luxury pedestal fan with remote in January 2021 during the hot spell, it is now 10 March and the delivery has not happened yet. Call centre number is not answered. I have had a few e-mails to explain that they are having supplier problems and a new delivery date is then scheduled. Still no delivery. I have now requested a refund via e-mail. Lets see if that happens...
