Poor service by Mr Shopper

I made an order on 5 January 2021; the initial date of delivery was 16 January 2021 and Lebogang Mamopa from Mr Shopper confirmed that it would indeed be delivered on this day by email. On 18 January 2021 I was told that the order was being shipped from Beufort West to Gauteng and the delivery date was changed to 21 January 2021. From there it's been a roller coaster with unanswered calls and emails as to why this order is still not delivered. I eventually got a response saying my order will be delivered early February 2021. Does it really have to take you a whole month to move a product from 1 place to another within the South African boarders? I'm actually disgusted by such poor service and just can't deal with such incompetence and inconvenience.
