Poor service

I am very disappointed with Mr Shopper's service. I placed an order on the 27th of November and it said delivery will be on 07.12.2020 at a later stage it changed to 10.12.2020 even today I have not received my order. Phone is just useless to use because I hold and hold when am supposed to be attended "the person at an extension is not available" At the stage where I am I do not want the TV anymore I want my money and I will buy it where I can get it today. I am not willing to wait any longer because I only purchased provided I will get it on the 7th
