POOR POOR SERVICE
BAD SERVICE. I have placed and order for a Ecotank printer and still have no dispatch confirmation or have access to a proper tracking system. I have called many times only to be told I am the 6th caller on all occasions which then ends with "Extension ***** is currently busy please leave a message". None of my emails have been responded to. I see nothing but bad reviews and complaints on this company.
