Poor, poor service!

Unfortunately, it looks like I am adding my name to the growing list if unhappy Mr Shopper customers! The service is shocking! I placed an order on 25Nov20 (Order 41572). Delivery was supposed to have been made 7Dec2. It's now 15Dec20 and I am still waiting! I have send 3 unanswered emails and have tried to call the *** several times, only to be put through to an unavailable extension 205 after hanging on the line for 3 or 4 minutes. No one seems to bother about customer service. How can one recommend such poor service to anyone. I certainly won't order from Mr Shopper again!
