Poor delivery service

I have placed an order on the 1st of December and the delivery date was scheduled for yesterday the 10th of December. Without notifying me the delivery date changed to today. I have tried calling and when I get to caller number 1 in line, I get cut off because the agent is not available. I also started a chat on the site inquiring whether the product will be delivered today. The agents shows online yet in over an hour has passed and no feedback. The people it needs to be delivered to goes on vacation on Sunday hence I want to confirm that it will be delivered today. Order number #42964
