Poor customer service, suspicious for ********** activity

It's been 13 days and I have still have no indication when my package will be delivered.

This is just unprofessional, I keep getting told the next the day and I wait but nothing.

My order status has still not been updated. I keep calling but no one answers and I keep using the online chat but no-one responds, and I keep emailing but no avail.

I am frustrated as I paid for the package and delivery, I anticipated a delay but the lack of trustworthy communication is unacceptable.

I need to know when the package will be delivered as I am medical student and I am required to leave my residence on the 23rd of December (in the morning) and from there it will make it extremely difficult for me to receive my package. I can't pay additional delivery fees to a different address. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

If I had known it would have taken this long to receive such a small package I would have never used Mr Shopper, I ordered this is late November and it has been almost a month for an in country delivery.
