Poor customer service! (Mr Shopper)

Where do I start..We had such a bad experience with Mr Shopper, it's our first time purchasing from them and this is not what we expected at all, poor service, poor communication, no interest in their customers.We ordered bricks for our home renovation which has been delayed for 2 weeks now ( going into week 3 now).Everytime we phone them ( we call once a day) we either get cut of or have to hold on the line just not to get any answer.We tried to email but no reply. We finally got hold of the manager and he claims it was his mistake that he did not proceed with our order, he then told us via phone call that we will receive our order either on friday the 13th or Saturday the 14th. On Saturday morning he called us to notify us that they are loading the truck for delivery. Well nothing happened..!! We called the manger and he had one excuse after another excuse, and then told us aroind lunch time on Saturday that they have some transport issue and will deliver on monday the 16th Nov. This delay has now stopped our building process and we are so disappointed with their customer service that we won't recommend them to any of our friends or family.
