Poor Communication

My order was delayed on delivery. Mr Shopper should improve on communication, I believe their short staffed and they need to work on this. My delivery was delivered a day late from the date of delivery. When you try to contact their call centre you will only get an answer after 30 minutes of being in a queue. The prices are good but they need to work on their delivery time.
