Please close your business Mr Shopper- no service or goods received!!!

THIS BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE!!! The service is non- existant. No one answers the phone or provide any updates. Seriously this should be reported and business forced to close down!!! I placed an order on 25 November and still nothing was received. Terrible experience and no service whatsoever!!!!
