PAYFAST negligent in associating with Mr Shopper

My money (R5400) is gone and I have accepted that. But I paid through PAYFAST. PAYFAST was negligent to associate themselves with a **** company. They did not conduct due diligence on the company. Hence that company has disappeared with a lot of consumers' monies. I still think that PAYFAST should account for their negligence.
