Pathetic, unhelpful, lying *******, most likely ********

Again should have an option for no stars. I ordered a bike from them on the 25 November 2020, was told delivery will be on the 7 December 2020. I eventually phoned them on the 10th as I have not received a tracking number. After much frustration someone eventually answered the phone and told me that they will forward my query to dispatch who will mail me a tracking nr. I eventually got my tracking nr well needless to say no parcel almost a month after I making my purchase. No one is buying your bull****t story that Black Friday has caused a major backlog in delivery. Spoke to Archie who was suppose to get back to me after holding on for 15 min.

Like I said on my review of the so called Pelican Express courier, there is a special place in hell for you people that ***** hard working peoples money.
