Pathetic service Mr Shopper

I am extremely dissapointed with the service that I received from Mr Shopper. I was given a certain date that my delivery will be done. Waited the whole dayas tjis was actually a gift for someone. I phone and asked were the package are? O this will only be delivered 2 days later. 2days later I phoned, O there is a problem with the courier. I lost my cool and said I want my.package delivered, ok it will be delivered @ 17:00. It was delivered @ 22:50 that night! I phoned and tell them the service is not good. Ok sorry they will send me a gift voucher. After several phone calls and a week later the gift voucher of R300 was emailed to me. I tried to use it but it keeps on showing I must order at least R150 stuff. There was already R400 stuff in my basket and it wont allowed me to check out. After several phone calls a guy called Brandon( not sure) which they say is the manager said he will call me back. This is 3 days later and still no call received. The service is pathetic and I will defenitely not recommend Mr Shopper to anybody!
