Pathetic service from Mr Shopper

Ordered gardening equipment on 26 November, we have been calling, emailed and left messages, all in vain. The delivery date has long past, they don’t bother communicating. The gardener is going on annual leave. It is definitely the last time I buy and would not recommend to anyone. Their service is not existent.
