Pathetic service

Placed my order for a dishwasher on the 30th November 2020, delivery was supposed to be on the 12th December 2020, after not receiving the delivery I called them only for “Archie” to say delivery cannot take place as they are out of stock but the item was still advertised as in stock on their website. I logged a refund request on the 17th December 2020. To date I haven’t received no feedback. They don’t answer calls or respond to emails. There’s no accounts department. They a bunch of ********. They’ll take your money but they won’t give it back! Please be careful!
