Pathetic customer service

I ordered some bricks from them on 06th November 2020. The next day I checked to see how the status of the order was going it showed processing so I thought to phone them to see what was going on why it said processing when I emailed them the payment notification, no answer for 30 minutes but I was first in the queue. With the covid 19 I just was patient so I checked the order it said processing but this time there was a delivery date showing the 13th of November between 9-12 so I waited on the 13th by 12h30there was no delivery but then I got a call from them at 17h00 stating that they were inundated with orders if they can not deliver why not extend the delivery date and let the customer know they promised to deliver on the 14th but today is Monday evening I am just wondering if they are a legit company and ****** me of my money. Pathetic customer service I will never order from them again and will let my friends and family know. This is what the status looks like it is now 21h00
