This is the most pathetic online service available. 1 No response to online queries 2 No response to whatsapp queries 3 Every telephonic call is diverted to voice mail after 5 min. Wonder how much kick back is been collected from the relevant providers??? 4 Never receive a call back from voice messages that have been left on the system. Craig who does their online service is the most pathetic, rude and *********** person for the job. They brag that they are under extreme pressure from all the orders placed online, MUST BE DUE TO INCOMPETENCE. Any other company we get temp staff in to assist the customers as soon as possible.

HOW DOES SUCH A PATHETIC, *********** AND USELESS COMPANy STAY IN BUSSINESS FOR SO LONG?????
