Pathetic client service

************* and pathetic client service. Order was meant to be delivered the 9th, after numerous attempts to contact them I eventually got a call back that night to say the product is out of stock and will be back in stock in 5 days, decided to check on the order status 2 days later which to my surprise said it's out for delivery, once again tried to contact them to find out what day I can expect delivery and thus ensure someone is at home to accept it. The lady I spoke to could not understand what was going on and promised to call back twice, still waiting for the second callback. Got hold of someone else the next day and was informed that their supplier no longer makes the product but can make a plan for them, they just need another 5 days, finding this a bit suspicious I have requested a refund which I was promised will show by Thursday afternoon (12 Nov), it's now Monday night and I am still waiting for any communication as i was promised a callback again today
