Pathetic

Mr shopper is absolutely pathetic. Package was meant to be delivered 17 dec no show. Received a call telling me that they are experiencing trouble with deliveries package will arrive 23 dec only. No delivery, when i called in to enquire after waiting 8min to reach a consultant he placed me on hold for another 12min i was informed that there is now al of a sudden no stock available and i must wait for delivery till 04 jan. This was my 1st time shopping with them and it was definitely my last. I am requesting a full refund asap. You guys are useless ***** do not know how you run a business like this.
