Pathetic

order no 41618 - I don't want your apology I want my refund. I ordered a bike on the 25 November no delivery like everyone ells on this review. I requested a refund on the 6 Jan was told by Archie that it will take 1-5 days. it is now 7 days and still no refund I phone *** and again Archie told me that my refund will be in my account by end of business 13 Jan well to no surprise still no refund. Phoned again and spoke to Archie again on the 14 Jan he told me that accounts are in a closed meeting - how convenient and he will phone me back, NO one phoned me. you people are pathetic and I will report you to the consumer board and open a case of theft at the police station!!!!
