Package was packed with care, but service is a bit slow

I was very happy with my package and was delighted to seethe product. However, I was a little disappointed with the speed of the service. There was around a 35 day lag between the email notification that they are going to deliver the items for my order, I would use this service again, but hope that they will improve the speed or give more detailed status updates in the future.
