Overall service was poor but can improve

Overall service was poor. from paying to purchasing the products took at least 3-4days probably problem at the bank. Also, transporting the products took around 7-8weeks which was very very slow. It’s very difficult to keep on track of how long the products will arrive. All in all, the service was poor but can be improved regarding the issues noted.
