Ordered 13 kg washing machine

Yessss what a terrible customer service experience Iv ever came across, I ordered a washing machine on their online site, when I try to track my order it says no order. I tried to phone them over a period of two days with no luck, their call center number goes through but no one answers. Finally when I reached someone they said they received the order but their system crashed. Then they put an order for me again but still u can't track the order still, no communication no response nothing from their side that assures you that u will receive yo order. I'm sorry ****ed n frastrated with their service cos they don't answer the phone.. Horrible service
