Order#41319

I purchase a TV online on the 24th November 2020 and delivery was due the 05th December 2020. I called Mr Shopper on the 10th December 2020 only to be informed by Archie that my delivery is on the way . I have been calling daily and sending emails countless times I have sent emails to Pelican express which is their delivery service numerous and I haven't received any response. I have spoken to Brian twice and today at 09h00 he informed me that he will get back to me in 15 to 20 min until now at 18h51 I have not received any feedback. This is very frustrating you make your purchase they accept money but no updates. Can I please get my order delivered or my refund from Mr Shopper?
