Order not delivered and refund not received over a month after order

What an absolute joke! I placed an order for TWO items, TWO on 2 December 2020 for Christmas Products should have been delivered by 15 December but they weren't. So after numerous attempts at live chats and emails which are not answered i eventually got through the call centre who then said the products will be delivered on 28 December which is 13 days after the date indicated on the invoice. I have asked for a refund in December - submitted the banking details as requested and still nothing received. Each time i call the call centre it a repetitive cycle of being caller 4 in the queue and when it DOES get to number 1 it rings and days the extension is unavailable and cuts the call Major ****. No products, just take your money
