Order cancellation. Worst online shopping experience EVER

Worst online shopping experience I have EVER had... I have contacted MrShopper multiple times regarding my order, firstly getting through to them is almost impossible, secondly, once they eventually answer they divert your call to an answering service, or they say they will call back which never happens.

Shortly after I placed the order, I asked for confirmation of order delivery and it was confirmed that it will happen on "invoice quoted date". That was 10 November and my order has still not arrived. I'm trying to get my order cancelled, but I never receive any confirmation of the return or receive any feedback from them.

Communication is exceptionally poor. I will never buy form them again, even if the price is 50% less than competitors, it's just not worth it. Save yourself the hassle and go to reputable suppliers.
