Order canceled without any notification

The customer service number is frequently busy and hard to get a hold of a consultant. However they are very helpful. My only issue is my order was cancelled when I had already made payment and I received no email about this. I had to call in to follow up. Thought I got the incorrect number as the consultants don't identify themselves on the call which I found strange. My order was suppose to be delivered today however I have to wait another week due to this cancellation on their site, so not happy about that. Items are well priced but due to the hassle's I won't buy again
