Order #39908... worst online shopping experience

Purchased washing machine on 6 November. I have not received it to date. They do not communicate, you can’t track your order, they make empty promises about delivery dates. They do not respond to emails and when you have asked for a refund they just don’t respond. It’s honestly the worst online store to purchase from!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend purchasing from them.
