Order 38944 - Shocking service

I have never experienced such shocking service in my life. The first issue was with Mr. Shopper’s delivery partner who were delaying delivery. After 2 weeks and numerous follow ups, I managed to get hold of someone from this company who offered to deliver on that day after 5pm. I told them to please reschedule as I could not take delivery then. Mr Shopper then insisted on changing the delivery partner and giving it to another delivery company. After a week, this company did deliver despite them saying they were going to deliver the next day. This was a problem as I live in a complex where I need to inform the building prior. Upon inspection, I identified damage to the fridge which I immediately informed Mr Shopper about and was advised it will be collected from me shortly. I continue to call daily for the last week and am placed on hold and then nobody answers. I called Brenon on his mobile and he committed a couple of times to getting back to me, without living up to his promise. I was advised that it will be collected yesterday which did not happen. I was promised a reference number to follow up with the courier myself and still nothing. Nobody answers and I got 1 email response which said I would be contacted, but nothing. I have wasted hours on the phone and really want this episode to end.

Strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.
