O NAIDOO

I ordered a Dishwasher Online (Order#:42862) on the 1st of December 2030,and they promised to deliver the unit in Ballito. I paid the appliance and there was never a call again after the transaction. I feel they have taken my money without compensation. I TRIED REACHING OUT VIA WHATSAPP AND THEN CALLED ON THEIR CUSTOMER CALL NUMBER ABOUT 10 TIMES AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE AND ONLT TO BE TOLD THE PERSON YOU CALLED COULD NOT BE REACHED. THAT IS WEIRD FOR A CALL CENTRE.

SO IN FACT THRY STOLE MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DELIVER THE APPLIANCE AND HAVE NEVER BOTHERED TO RESPOND.

MR SHOPPER IS A ****. THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID ME BACK MY MONEY, AND THE MONTH OF DECEMBER IS ALMOST OVER.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
