Not happy at all

I have been trying to get a hold of them for few days. Placed a order for a swimming pool and cannot get any feedback. Delivery date shows today, but no sms, nothing. Cannot confirm any detail on my order. Tried to phone, it goes to voice mail. Online person does not answer either.
