NOT GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS

I have tried timeously to get a hold of Mr Shopper but to no avail and now they have blocked their website which one has to log in but you cannot register. I ordered a portable aircon and paid for it but they did not deliver, when I sent an email to them and a Lebogang Mamoga contacted me and advised me that my refund will be done but I am still waiting. They are ****** ******, *****ing peoples money whom have worked hard for it.
