not even BAD service, rather NO service

I ordered and paid for goods on the 27th Nov 2020 with delivery date 9 Dec 2020. Like all other, they do not answer mails addressed to Customer care nor pick up the phone (I hold for 4 - 5 minutes, just to have the phone put down in my ear). I will NEVER order from them again.
