Not a **** but also absolutely useless

Mr Shopper are a real online store however also a terrible one. Placed an order which took 8 days longer to arrive than it should have. No updates along the way. Helpdesk are difficult to get hold of and when you do get hold of someone they are not very helpful. I was told the package would arrive the next day only for it to arrive 5 days later after it already being 3 days late. When my order did arrive I was sent the incorrect item. The strange part is the item I was sent is not even listed on their website. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. I like to hope I will eventually get the refund however I fully expect it to be a difficult process along the way
